Hey Laurie, what is the best way to stuff a too small dress form. The dress I am making is too small for my large form, but too big for my small.
I often use batting or netting and stuff it. You can make a cover that you fill in or just a stretch sheath. For the bust- buying an appropriate sized bra and stuffing has worked for me for that measurement area. Otherwise consider a form like Uniquely you where you can fully customize it to the individual person.
