Sale time soon :)

I’m going through all my old costuming and planning to purge! It is hard because I’m becoming very nostalgic but I need room for all the new ideas brewing in my head.

Plus it can help fund my move to the new atelier in downtown San Jose. So keep an eye out for sale posts. I spend the day ironing items and photographing.

Now to measure them up and guesstimate the range of sizes they will fit.

Do people prefer bidding style of should I just pick a price I’m willing to let my precious history go for? I could use eBay but I’m not fond of them.

The dresses and corsets are still lovely, wearable but some are well loved, others barely worn.

I will be putting up for sale my first Renaissance Middles outfit and my first Renaissance nobles outfit from 2001! Plus a few other ensembles including lots of accessories and multiples pieces that all coordinate for many looks. Plus I think the gown I wore as Queen Mary at Scottish events in CA, and my Miss Estella gown from Dickens Fair. Oh this is going to be hard! I almost started crying thinking about all the fun times in these outfits, all the memories and people I associate with them. But in the end they are not being used and they deserve to continue to make new memories with someone new who will love them as much as I do.

Keep you eyes peeled for news. I’ve only sold one of my personal pieces (besides sample corsets) before (that I remember *laugh*).
