I’ve been sick

I’ve been out of touch over the week because I’ve been sick. The fever leads me to believe it could be the flu but even if it is a cold it was very brutal those first few days.

I skipped holiday festivities and have now caught up on drafting and am cutting out mock-ups. I’m getting things ready for fittings, which I find so exciting. It makes me anxious though because I want to see them on the people, now! So if you are waiting to meet with me I’ll be in touch soon :)

Boy am I happy to be back working again (more productively than when I was sick). Sick working is a recipe for disaster. Only one seam that had to be unpicked because I was too wonky in my head to sew. I hate holding off to “get things done” but we can’t all work to full capacity when sick.
