LOL!! I have the same problem with quilting fabrics. :-)
If it didn’t take darn near 13,000 yards of fabric to make a blouse for me, I would be more inclined to make garments for myself … and then I’d surely have the same problem as you with your gorgeous brown & blue striped silk. :-)
